Tender service
Send us your tender. Get the quantities back in one business day.
We read the schedule, check every row against your PDF, check the total against the one the tender prints, and measure areas on the map. You get a clean quantities sheet to price, and you keep control of the price.
Quantities, not prices
You get the rows, quantities and units, plus the checks. You price it with your own rates.
Checked by a person
Every row is checked against your PDF, and the total against the one the tender prints. Anything unclear is flagged, not guessed.
Price agreed first
We tell you the price before we start. Your first tender is free.
How it works
- Step 1
Send the PDF
Attach the tender below, or just the schedule pages, with the closing date.
- Step 2
We read and check
The schedule is read into rows, and every row is checked against your PDF.
- Step 3
We check the total
The rows are added up and compared with the total the tender prints. If a site address is given, areas are measured on the map.
- Step 4
You get the sheet
A clean quantities sheet by email, within one business day.
What you get, and what you do not
You get
- Every schedule row with quantity and unit
- The total checked against the tender's printed total
- Unclear or missing items flagged
- Geofabric and similar items picked out, with areas worked out in m²
- Measured areas, if you give the site address
You do not get
- A price, margin or advice on how to bid
- Quantities taken off drawings
- A guarantee: the figures are estimates to check before you bid

Common questions
- How quickly will I get it back?
- Within one business day, in business hours, for most tenders. Tell us when it closes and we will prioritise it. A very long tender or a poor scan can take longer, and we will say so.
- What does it cost?
- The price is agreed before we start, so there are no surprises. Your first tender is free.
- Do you price the job?
- No. We give you the quantities and the checks. You apply your own rates, costs and margin, so the price stays yours.
- How do you read it?
- An AI reader pulls the schedule into rows, and a person checks every row against your PDF, fixes anything wrong and checks the total against the one the tender prints. The AI reader is provided by Anthropic, so your PDF is sent to them to be read.
- Is my tender kept confidential?
- We use it only to prepare your quantities. It is stored so we can do the work, seen only by us, and not shared with anyone else. Ask us to delete it whenever you like. If you need an NDA first, say so in the notes.
- Can you work from drawings or scans?
- We work from the schedule of rates or bill of quantities. A clear scan usually reads well, but a poor one may need more checking. We cannot take quantities off drawings. If you give the site address we can also measure areas on a satellite map.
- How accurate is it?
- The quantities are read from your document and checked by a person, but they are estimates. Areas measured from satellite imagery are estimates too. You should check them before you bid.
